The long-term goal of RASIC Corporation is to establish a non-profit charitable organization that will focus on aiding people in need and educating students. RASIC will be establishing three charitable entities as listed and briefly defined below. These categories will be separate groups under The RASIC Foundation.

• Educating our Youth: Focus will be to educate children on a volunteer basis in the area of business, engineering, product patenting, and entrepreneurship. RASIC resources will team up to host events where students can get hands on experience and coaching creating products and bringing them to market.

• Aiding Children & Families in Need: Focus will be to help children/families in need of clothing, food, medical attention, shelter, housing assistance, and safety equipment (example: pool fences & child automobile restraints)

• Sports Affiliation & Promotions: Focus will be to team up with local Arizona sporting franchises and develop promotional programs for fund raising and distribution. RASIC also has a goal of taking children out to the ballgame and treating them to an experience of a lifetime including meeting their favorite players, receiving team merchandise, and just overall enjoying the experience.

RASIC’s goal in business is to be a provider to children and the community. Therefore, the corporation will seek to always operate a successful profitable business however these profits will be largely used to aid those in most need.

It is our goal to be fully active in the community by early 2006. Until then, our foundation and its respective charters will be in development in Q4 2005 and into Q1 2006.
